Some agents give artificially high appraisals to help them secure the listing. I will be honest with you from the beginning and deliver the research to back up my opinion of value. I will be very creative in the marketing of your home including a web site, a visual tour, linking to the major real estate web sites, along with the normal advertising in the Globe, local papers, and home magazines.
